A lot has happened since the last posting here on Ivan's blog. Ivan has come a long way and is no longer a baby but quite a little boy. Which is not to say he's small at 33 lbs and 36 inches. While we haven't been documenting it here; both Leigh and I are loving watching him develop and grow. Ivan is now tying together short sentences and although still a little wobbly, he is quite fast on his feet. This morning he was introduced to his new running shoes (to replace his 'jumping' shoes) He wasn't sure at first until we told him how neat they were. Then he was so proud he went to show them off to the cat "Wow Caco, shoes". With his second birthday 2 weeks ago we had a nice party with friends at home; but they also had one for him at his school (with cupcakes supplied by Mom and Dad. Here is a YouTube link
